365 days project 2. Day 67. The perfect day

   How would a perfect day would look like in your eyes? Mine would definitely start with a purple sunrise, continue with the wonderfully painted blue sky and finish with the most amazing golden sunset ever. I am all about the sky, the clouds and as many colors as the sky can paint.

   In between those moments of the day I'd love to travel with my husband either by car or by train: somewhere with a lot of trees, mountains and many, many flowers... have a picnic outdoors, read a bit, look at the clouds and find nice shapes in them, then dance a bit and just enjoy life, breathe easy.
   Then we'd go to Venice and wander around the city some more. I've seen so little until now and that town just has a very special vibe about it. We'd have dinner by the canal and we'd watch that golden sunset from somewhere up above the city, then we'd walk around the little streets some more until we get lost. At that point we'd take a cab and get home to the perfect, comfy bed with stars above and crickets soundtrack as we fall asleep. Yep, it would be a dream :) What about you?

   I'm no compromises, half measures and fake smiles. I give myself completely and I often lose everything. I love deeply but I never hate. And I don't know about you, but I don't like sleeping because there are so many things to enjoy wide awake. 

   I'm a lazy Sunday morning between warm sheets, a sunny autumn afternoon in the park, a starry night by the countryside. 

   I'm a loving puppy, a fearful deer, a white dove, a phoenix bird. If money wouldn't exist, you could pay me in hugs and kisses and I'd be just as happy. 

   I'm the breathtaking view on the peak of the mountain, the deepest ocean and those amazing fluffy clouds on a perfect day. 

   I'm that book with the terrific scent, the cover that makes you fall in love and the story as old as the world and still true nowadays. The story you love reading, the one that makes you forget who you are and what you're looking for. 

   I'm a child's giggle, a teenager's dreams and a mother's devotion. I'm everything and nothing altogether. The kind of nothingness you need in your life to be grateful you lived. 

   I am what you need when you're vulnerable, what you want when you're empty, what you're longing for when you're sad. 

   I am you and you are me. 

Day 354. Empathy gone wrong

   Today was one of those days when you empathized with the weather more than you had planned to. You let the gloomy clouds and the heavy rain get to you, so you were cranky and bored all day and you knew nothing you do could change that. 

   You wish things could be different and you could be like other people who just see rain as mere water coming from the sky and gloomy clouds as random weather. Today you wish that more than ever. You know everything is an illusion and it's all in your head as much as you know you can't really control it. You tried it before and it was always more powerful than you. 

   It is what it is. So maybe the only option available in this case is finding something that would turn your day upside down. A reason to smile, a reason to fall in love with today:) Guess what, when you want it hard enough, that reason reveals to you and even if outside it's pouring rain the sun inside will keep shining:) At least that's what happened to me, even if it was just a little movie which totally spoke to me. It was enough to make me go to bed full of hope like any other day.
